Elma (Malus domestica L.) Ağaçlarında Ateş Yanıklığı Hastalığının Rizobakteriler ile Biyolojik Mücadelesi

چکیده

Bu çalışma, in vitro ve vivo koşullarda farklı kaynaklardan izole edilen bakteri strainlerinin Erwinia amylovora’nın gelişimini engelleme potansiyellerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Patojen olarak Iğdır ilinde hastalık semptomu gösteren elma (Malus domestica L.) ağaçlarından 5 E. amylovora straini kullanılmıştır. In ortamda patojene karşı 130 test edilmiş bunlardan 34’ü etkili bulunmuştur. 34 bakterinin biyokontrol etkisi sürgün inokulasyonu ile edilmiştir. Pseudomonas putida strain BY-6 Pantoea agglomerans MÜ-1 hastalığı % 80 oranında engelleyerek en başarılı strainler olduğu tespit Diğer strainlerin ise 9-60 engelledikleri saptanmıştır. Biyokontrol etkinliği etki mekanizmaları (ACC-deaminaz, HCN siderofor üretimi, proteaz, selülaz kitinaz aktiviteleri) belirlenmiştir. Elde bulgular, bulunan patojenin entegre mücadele programına dahil edilmesiyle kontrolünde olumlu sonuçlar alınabileceği göstermektedir.
